Q: Do I have to be home for delivery to take place?
A: No, when you set up an account we will discuss an alternate arrangement where delivery can be left out of sight and sheltered
Q: What happens if the produce is not good quality and some of them is rotten inside?
A: If you ever receive fruit that does not come up to standard we will replace the produce or you will receive your money back in full. The Fruit Man has a 100% guarantee on all our produce and although we use stringent quality control methods we can not inspect the inside of the fruit.
Q:What payment options are available?
A: By cheque on invoice.
By Direct Deposit into our account.
By credit card (Delivery boys do not carry change with them.)
Q:What time do you deliver?
A: You can choose an AM or PM delivery time slot. We will always try to accommodate your personal schedule as well.
Q: Is there a minimum delivery fee?
A: As we do not charge anything extra on delivery we have a $30 minimum order fee.
Q: Do you pick up the delivery boxes?
A: We are happy to do our small share of helping the environment and will pick up old boxes to be recycled.
